The Club Programs:
In a constantly changing environment, having life skills is an essential part of being able to meet the challenges of everyday life. ... To cope with the increasing pace and change of modern life, children need new life skills such as self-awareness, decision making and time management to be successful in life.
Giving your kids a good foundation and teaching them about money matters is critical for their personal development. Showing children the basics such as how to budget, spend and save will establish good money habits for life.
In a rapidly changing world, teaching your children about managing money has never been more important. If kids develop good financial skills from an early age they'll be ready for the financial challenges of adulthood.
All children have abilities of one sort or another, Children don’t usually recognize their own talents, although they’ll pursue them instinctively. Talents need openings to develop. If no opportunity arises for a skill to flourish, it may remain suppressed throughout a child’s formative years, after which it may be too late to develop it to its full potential
Monture Africa nurtures a talent in your child, takes every opportunity to broaden and enrich their understanding hence inspiring their drive.
With a focus on entrepreneurship, Monture Africa introduces children to simple business skills through idea generation from their talents. Children learn the basics of buying and selling and planning.

Monture Africa Child and Youth Program(CYP) empowers children and youth with skills and knowledge through social, financial and economic education. Our focus is to run sustainable projects that support children and youth to become responsible citizens, help them secure a future of financial independence and enjoy improved livelihoods.
Monture Africa builds the capacity of women and men to participate in, contribute to and benefit from growth processes in ways which recognize the value of their contributions, respect their dignity and make it possible to negotiate a fairer distribution of the benefits of growth..
Women often face discrimination and persistent gender inequalities, with some women experiencing multiple discrimination and exclusion because of factors such as ethnicity or caste. Women’s economic participation and empowerment are fundamental to strengthening women’s rights and enabling women to have control over their lives and exert influence in society. It is about creating just and equitable societies.
